My Question or Issue

 Last August 20, 2018 I load up in orfer to pay for my monthly subscription. However, later this afternoon August 27, 2018 spotify is seeking for my monthly subscription again.... Can you please help to fix the problem?

To confirm, are you being charged twice for a subscription you’ve already paid for?

Yes, I am. Still, they are charging me.
