Already paid student discount but still no premium

Already paid student discount but still no premium

I have already paid for an student account (my First time) but when I log in, it says that I have the Free account and it dont say anything about the premium account.

In my bank account I have already get the charge.

Hey @AntonioN1,

when you didn't receive your Premium immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.

Could you please check that for me :)?

My bank account states the transaction as pending.

 

From how you answered his question, I assume I will have access to spotify student when my bank completely clears the purchase?

Hey @Kyle_C19,

have you ever received an email from SheerID confirming your eligibility?

If so, please follow the steps on the email sent and add your payment info again.

You should check these payment requirements first.

If you didn't receive an email, it can take up to 28 days for your student credentials to be verified.

You should also check out this support article when you get in trouble with your student account again 🙂
