Already subscribe but still a free account

Hello, yesterday I paid to subscribe for premium account. But, till now I didn't recieve any email from spotify. Even my account still free. I've already tried to reinstall my spotify, logout and login, but still free account. Can you help me?

Let's make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts following these steps. You might be logging into a Free account instead of the Premium one.

If you find more than one Spotify account with your information, you can close the ones you don't need to avoid future inconveniences.
