My Question or Issue

I recently checked my Spotify charges and noticed for the Duo Plan I have been subscribed to for awhile is being charged on my account for $18.33, while I wish there was an email informing customers of the potential increase in prices, there is nowhere stating the price should be higher than what is listed at $16.99, just under $2 up charge not listed. Am I being overcharged? If so, where can I go to get this resolved and or refunded if I wish to continue using Premium?

Unfortunately, you didn't provide the name of the country you're from, but it sounds like you're from the US. 

 

Keep in mind that the monthly price of $16.99 that is shown here is not including tax.

 

Tax can vary based on where you live within the US, so any tax info is shown on the page where you first subscribed to the plan. 🙂
