Amount charged with SMS from bank as proof but Spotify Premium disabled

I got a Spotify Premium trial for 3 months which expired in the beginning of this month which I didn't cancel, I got charged the amount necessary for my plan but it was telling me for days that I need to update my payment info cos my acc hasn't been recharged and now Premium has been disabled for my acc overall despite the fact that I've been charged anyways.
