Annual Subscription no longer available?

My Question or Issue

I originally subscribed on the Annual plan, my plan is up for renewal again in a few days but upon checking it appears that its been changed to bill me monthly now.

 

I tried to change the plan back to Annual but can't find the annual option anywhere, do you no longer offer the annual subscription?

Thanks for the welcome and for replying and helping 😄, it’s much appreciated.

 

I clicked the link you shared but there’s no annual option showing there either, only the monthly, student and family.

Excellent that did the trick :), thanks again for your help. One last question, it appears that I was charged the monthly renewal also today which I didn't realise until after I used the link for annual.

 

Do you know if the $11.99 be refunded as I'm now subscribed as annual?

Since you got charged for that your annual plan will be starting next month, after this Premium month ends.
