Annual subscription not showing up on my account

Annual subscription not showing up on my account

One week ago, I paid Spotify $99 for a 12-month premium subscription, saving two months by paying for the year rather than month-by-month. The payment shows up on my credit card but not on my Spotify account. Account to my Spotify account, I will soon still be charged my monthly subscription payment. Was I scammed, or is Spotify slow to update the account information page?

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂


You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
