My Question or Issue

Hi,

I was already on the monthly plan when I decided to move to annual.  So I paid for it, but my account page showed that my monthly is still active and I'll be billed next month. Then I cancelled my monthly plan to free, thinking that the annual one will become active. Now, it's not showing me as a premium user although I've paid for it and I even have the annual receipt in the 'Receipts' tab in the account page.

How can I fix this since I'm already charged for premium?

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase?
 

In it, it shows the Spotify username you paid for:


Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Login with that username to the website to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.

 

If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
