Anual suvscription, i orded twice in on month.

Apple (Macbook & IPhone)

 

My Question or Issue

I dont know why, but i paid for Spotify twice this month. First was on 05.03.19, and the other one was on 19.03.19.
On my bank it said ''Waiting'' for takeing the money, so what i did, was canncled my subscription to premium, and it said that i no longer have permission to premium at 05.04.19

But why did i pay twice in same month?
