En el mes de diciembre aproximadamente no recuerdo la fecha exacta anulé la suscripción premium de Spotify se supone que este mes no me cobraban pero me di con la sorpresa que el día de hoy me han descontado de mi tarjeta La suscripción Spotify cancelé este servicio a través de la de su página

We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

 

Since you mentioned you cancelled your subscription, it's possible that you have an additional account. If you're using the app in a mobile device, we'd suggest you check the details of the account you've logged in. To do this, you can follow these steps:

  1. Tap the picture profile at the top-right of the screen.
  2. Go to Settings and privacy. 
  3. At the top, tap Account. There you can find the email linked to your account (if any), and the type of subscription you are in.

If you aren’t certain about the details you used to register on the app, go to password reset and enter possible email addresses you own. When you enter an email that's registered with Spotify, you'll get a password reset message for that email.


Note: Keep in mind there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these, perhaps there is another Premium account linked to one of these options as well.

 

If you locate a different Premium account, you can cancel that subscription by following these steps.
