Anular subscripcion a cuenta premium individual

Anular subscripcion a cuenta premium individual

Hey @edisrocio,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

That being explained, it seems the system is going to wait until the time for the Premium Family you've paid for expires to change your plan to Premium Individual. That's why you can see that message on your account.

So, in this case, we'd suggest you double check the details of that account on your account page, so you can avoid confusions in the future. You can change from one plan to another within the same account, so you don't need to create multiple accounts to do it.

Make sure you've logged into the same account on all the devices you use as well. If you've opened your account on a mobile device, you can check the details of said account following these steps:

  1. Open the app.
  2. Tap your profile picture at the top-left.
  3. Select Settings and privacy.
  4. At the top of settings, you can see the email linked to your account (if any) and the type of plan you have.

Now, regarding your payments, the best way to go would be to contact our Customer Support team, so they can help you with further insights and alternatives. You can find out how to contact them here.

Hope this clears things up. If you have any questions or need anything else, the Community is here for you.
