Any additional fee for in-car Spotify?

I am currently a premium member on my mobile phone. Considering to purchase a car geared with Spotify, I am curious about whether I would need to pay any additional fee for using Spotify service directly with the built-in-car system (somehow a friend of mine told me that there would be an additional $0.99/month), or the car could simply be included as one of my three devices under premium membership.
