App not recognizing payment


Hi I have updated my credit card but the app is not recognizing that I did

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We moved your post from Chats to the help boards as its content fits better here.

When you update the payment method, the number on your Account page will be updated after the first payment with the card gets completed, deleting the previous one.

However, if the card already made the payment and the app is not recognizing it, it's probable that you've added the payment method to a different account by mistake.

Since we don't have access to user's accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support, so they can check your account and see what happens.
