App says manage plan on web, web says manage plan on app

App says manage plan on web, web says manage plan on app

Hi! 

I want to upgrade my account to a family plan. My app says, "manage your premium plan on web". The web says, "Open the Spotify app, and then go to your account to switch plans". Can someone please tell me how to get out of this groundhog day of a timeloop??

You should be able to manage your subscription here. Alternatively, you can also visit this page and then click on "Manage your plan".

 

If the issue still persists, please post a screenshot of what you're seeing on the page 🙂 Make sure to remove any personal info from the screenshot before posting.
