I have been charged for two months but i never request any service from  you.

 

I talked to the tweet, they ignored me.

 

I want to know who can help me?

It can take 48 hours to receive a response from Support 🙂


If your tweet has been sent more than 48 hours ago, feel free to send me a link to the tweet.

 

Otherwise, just wait a little more and they'll get back to you soon.

ok i got you. i am sorry that i am angry about their tweet because the person never tells me that i need to wait for 48 hours and i have been charged unexpectly.

 

now i know you are not one of the staff of this company.

 

 do you know what number i can contact them? at least on week days. Their tweet REPLIED ME VERY FAST AT THE BEGINNING, AND AFTER THEY KNEW THAT I WANT REFUND FOR UNEXPECTED CHARGED, THEY IGNORED ME. AND THE TWEET GUY DID NOT TELL ME ABOUT THE 48 HOURS AT THE BEGINNING.

 

I DO NOT SEE ANY PROBLEMS OF MINE AT THIS POINT.

Spotify currently doesn't offer telephone support, out of full-time dedication to the social media and contact form channels.
