Assinei o premium e ainda não foi liberado

Paguei no dia 17/06, por boleto, e o Premium ainda não foi liberado, tenho comprovante de pagamento

You can check the current status of your subscription on your account page. If it says Free, then you've perhaps subscribed to Premium on another account. You'll find more info on how to proceed in the articles below:
