Attempting to link Hulu account leads to error page

I have Spotify premium with Hulu and I cannot link my existing Hulu account. I'm unwilling to create a new account as the old one has existed for quite some time. I've tried linking the account in Chrome, both regular and incognito, as well as Edge, but nothing has worked. Clicking on the "Link existing account" button always leads to Page Not Found. 

I'm not really sure what else to try and other threads about the subject seemed to have resolved the issue in the back end by employees, not customers.
