Automatic payment didn’t go through, family account canceled

Automatic payment didn’t go through, family account canceled

I didn’t have enough money in my bank account for the automatic payment and didn’t notice it until after my family account got canceled. Is there any way to restore it? My bank balance has been topped up and should be fine now.

No worries! You can activate your Premium for Family again here. Also, make sure that your payment card meet these requirements. 

 

If you're unable to make the payment, we’d recommend reaching out to your bank for more info.
