Automatically changed to family subscription

Automatically changed to family subscription

You guys automatically switched my subscription to Family Subscription without my consent or knowledge. What's up with that?!

That sounds odd. There's no such thing as automatic switch between plans.

 

Could you please double check your account panel on the link bellow and tell me what's the status?

Yea I noticed this happened to me just this month and I’ve been on regular premium for over a year.

Hey @Levin1983, that sounds odd.

 

Can you please check if there is any member added to the plan? Did you get the e-mail from Spotify with the receipt of the purchase?

 

Anyway, you can just cancel the Premium for Family plan and once the Premium period is over, just subscribe to the regular Premium.

 

If you think you are eligible for a refund, you should get in contact with Spotify customer services. There are a few ways to contact them. One is via Twitter - just send them a Direct Message @SpotifyCares.

 

Another great way is to use the Facebook support. Shoot them a message here: Spotify Cares. They generally reply very quickly.
