Automatically logged out of my account and now the email I used is invalid

I was automatically logged out of my premium account and now my email is invalid. This is the second time this happened to me what should I do?

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
