Hola a todos. Mi nombre es Paulina y soy de Chile. Pagué mi cuenta de spotify como todos los meses pero ahora me quitaron el premium. Quien me puede ayudar?

If you can't see your Premium features, check the following:

• Log out and back into your account
• Check the status of your subscription 
• Check the status of your payment
• Check that your Premium subscription isn’t on another account
