Followed a link from a Spotify email offering me 3 months of Premium for the price of one month. Got the Family Plan and paid the $14.99 thru my PayPal and now that the transaction was completed, it's saying I'm paid until next month??? The promo was good until 26 June and I paid today (02 June). WTH SPOTIFY?? I'm already regretting this payment. (Especially since it seems there is no actual customer service support...even via email!) Anyone know what the deal is?

The 3 month promo is for regular Premium only, and doesn't apply to the Family plan.

 

If needed, you can get a refund before 15 days have passed from the date of purchase. You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
