My brother, who lives with me, on the same house, has been removed from our family account and I can't put him back in. It says he needs to get a separated spotify premium account but that doesn't make any sense! Besides him, there is our father and mother using the family account, so we only have three people using it now. How can we fix this?
It sounds like Spotify was unable to verify that your brother lives at the same address as you do. I recommend reaching out to Spotify here or shoot them a DM at @SpotifyCares on Twitter. They might be able to take a closer look.
