Baja Movistar España

Baja Movistar España

Tenía contratado Spotify con Movistar en España desde hace años. Lo he dado de baja porque quiero contratar el servicio en otro plan directamente con Spotify. De momento no puedo hacer el cambio porque me sigue apareciendo que está contratado con Movistar pese a haberlo dado de baja. ¿Cómo puedo saber cuántos días estará activo el servicio PREMIUM si el proveedor (es decir, Movistar) no tiene constancia de ello? 

 

Dicho esto, Spotify debería tener un servidio de atención al usuario directo que permitiese resolver este tipo de dudas sin necesidad de tener que acudir a una comunidad.

If you've subscribed for Premium via Movistar, you'll have to reach out to them in order to cancel your subscription, since it's being managed by a third party.

Hi, she asked a different question, she asked that she already asked Movistar, the third party in the case, to cancel the premium subscription through them. The question she is asking is that when the cancellation will take place, as the subscription seems to be canceled but she still can´t activate a new premium subscription directly with Spotify as Spotify still tells her that she must contact the third party provider to cancel it.
