Bank got charged but premium not extended

Bank got charged but premium not extended


My spotify premium is only 1 day left and i tried to extend my subscription just like usual. I bought 3month membership with payment method using ATM transfer via mobile banking . My bank account got charged but i'm not received my confirmation email from spotify and my subscription is not extended. I can show the receipt if needed.

Already follow the steps and input the correct amount as well.

Im from indonesia if that information needed.

Please help me resolve this.
