Been charge no existing account


I had 2 accounts, one that I curently use and pay for it and the other one that I erased completly but still been charging for it, payment pass into my bank account. When I search with my emails adresses, no other account exist beside the one I am using. How can I stop payments on an account that does not exist anymore even by looking for it with emails I have???

You may see an option to chat with support instead of email.


If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
