Had a payment issue and changed cards.
I’ve since received an Apple receipt on the 13th but all music is still greyed out.
Have uninstalled app and rebooted multiple times. Account details in Spotify still say my account is Free.

If your subscription was set up through Apple, it'd be best to reach out to them for more info on why your subscription isn't working.
