My Question or Issue

 I have been getting charged three times a month for some reason. Two 10.91's on the tenth and a single 5.45 on the eighteenth. I only have the one school account for 5.45 and I want the other two gone (I don't even know what one of them is there for). I am unable to cancel either of them though since my sister has the first one and refuses to cancel it and I don't even know where the second one comes in to play.
