Being Charged for Spotify Premium twice

Hello,

 

It seems as though scince Sept 2016 I have been charged twice for Spotify Premium.

 

I have 1 Direct Debit from Apple Music Store and then another one from Spotify directly.

 

First order ID for Apple Music is below:

ORDER ID

First recepit on the 26th of September 2016

 

My Spotify Recepit for Jan ID is:

<removed sensitive information>

Which came out on the 11th of Jan for $-11.99

I have had this account for over 6 years

 

Can someone please organise a credit and cancellation of the Itunes Account?

We'd recommend getting in touch with Apple and make sure to cancel your subscription. As soon as you do it, the best option is to ask for a refund and subscribe directly to us at spotify.com/premium.
