My Question or Issue

Hello, I am using premium student subscription.
I am being double charged.
I only have one account.
Per month on the 24th will always be invoiced and automatically pay using my credit card, but for this July, I was billed twice on the 24th billed and on the 27th.
Please, help me and give me a solution to this problem.
I want refund.
I have some proofs, including the invoice also my bank transaction log.

Start off by clicking here in order to check your receipts - this will let you keep track of your payments to Spotify. Bear in mind that Premium Student is valid for up to 12 months from the date you subscribed. When the discount expires, your subscription automatically continues at the standard rate for Premium Individual unless you cancel or apply for another year (with a 4 year limit). 

 

To renew, just visit this page and either log in to your uni’s portal or upload proof of enrollment. Once you've renewed, you'll get the discounted rate for another 12 months. Student discount users receive a warning email 1 month before the offer expires. The email includes instructions on how to reactivate the Premium Student offer and continue paying the discounted price.
