Being billed $S5.13 in Singapore for Student Premium?

The advertised price on Spotify's Singapore website is $S4.99 but according to my bank statements I've been charged $S5.13 consistently over the past 4 months.

What could be the reason for this? I am still a student and am verified as one, my plan type still says Student Premium as well. is it some kind of tax?

The price of Premium Student in Singapore is 5.49 SGD when paying via carrier billing and 4.99 SGD with all other payment methods.

We recommend that you check the receipts on your Account page here and see if they match the ones on your bank statement. If there are any discrepancies you should check with your bank if they've been charging you any additional fees.
