Being charged 9.9 when under student plan

Hi, I am currently under the student plan, however I was charged $9.90 (the standard price) as shown. There should be an error in Spotify's payment & hence is there any way to get a refund?

You can cancel your account from your online pages.

As for a refund, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly Click here for Spotify's refund policy. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
