Being charged after cancelling AND a month after free trial.

So I had the free month trial (Germany) in September.

After that, I cancelled the premium trial and for October everything was good, but today, paypal told me, that I have been charged the premium price WITHOUT me changing anything.

So in short:

September: Free premium trial

October: Spotify free

I don't need spotify premium, but suddenlx I have it without me wanting it.

Please explain!
