Being charged after ive cancelled

Hi there. A few months back i noticed I was being charged for premium as well as my family account. I have since cancelled because of this and I am now still being charged £9.99. My account said I have know active subscription. So can someone please shed some light on why I'm still being charged.

Hi again.

I have checked everything as you have said and I still cannot get to the bottom of it.. I would very much like this transaction to not only be stopped but also cancelled. It's very frustrating that I can't just speak to someone who can access my account and then find out what the **bleep** is going on..

Seems like the cancelation process wasn't finished correctly. I'd recommend checking out this Support article on how to cancel. If you want to ask for a refund, you can always check out Spotify's refund policy here.
