Being charged but dont have access to premium services

Being charged but dont have access to premium services

Didnt approve a premium account

I have started being charged monthly (twice) and when I look on my phone at the ‘account’ section it says FREE and therefore I can’t get any premium services or download anything 

 

i have checked my email and I cannot see an invoice - nor can I see where/when I ‘apparently’ joined 

 

I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving!!

 

shoud I just ‘cancel’ my account OR

What solution should I try??
