My Question or Issue

I had a premium account, which somehow I was logged out of on my phone. Tried to log back and and can't recall user name, my email isn't associated with this account, neither is facebook. I tried the using my phone whatever it is, files associated in phone with Spotify, and the info surprisingly wasn't there either. So now I have 2 premium account, one of which I am paid up for a year, and the other I am being charged for monthly and cannot access. 

Stumped.

I'm sorry about that. In this case I suggest you get in touch with the Spotify Cares staff - They'll be happy to help you further with this.
