Being charged too much tax

Being charged too much tax

I originally lived where sales tax was 10.5%. However I have since moved and have updated my address over 2 years ago. I just realized they’re still charging me 10.5% when my local sales tax is 7%. I’ve updated my payment method but there’s nowhere specific to update billing address.

Hi there @MotoMitch,

Thanks for reaching out. We'll be glad to help you get the payments sorted.

It's possible that the postal code on your account isn't properly updated and if it's still the old one, this can apply the tax of your previous residence instead of the current one. Try updating it and making sure it's correct, along with the payment method itself. See here for more info.

Hope this helps.
