If you're getting charged twice a month for Spotify, try following this troubleshooting. You might have two different Spotify Premium accounts and need to cancel one of them.
If you do have two or more Spotify accounts, we suggest contacting our Support team via Twitter or Facebook.
They'll be able to help you close the accounts you're not using and move over any music or playlists you had.
