Dear Spotify-Team, 

I checked my bank account and noticed that I have been charged the normal premium fee instead of the student fee since July 2021. 

I am still a student I am kindly asking you if you could retrospectively pay back from July 2021-until December 2021? 

I already uploaded my student enrollment for you to check. 


I am sorry for the inconvenience and will take care in the next time to upload my student enrollment on time. I would highly appreciate your effort.
