hallo ihr Lieben.

ich habe ein Problem mit der Bezahlung. 
Vorhin habe ich mir einen Gutschein für 10€ geholt und wollte diesen gerade einlösen. Aber warum auch immer wird er nicht angenommen. Kann mir bitte jemand helfen? Habe ich die 10€ jetzt umsonst ausgegeben?

In addition to what @Emilia said, can you confirm what your subscription is? 

Also, do you get a specific type of error message and if so - what does it say?
