Billed on 2 different credit cards

Billed on 2 different credit cards

Apparently when I upgraded from premium to premium family it didn’t update all the accounts info. I got billed 14.99 on one cc at  the end of april and just today i got billed 9.99 on another cc. I do not know which account is linked to the first cc. I would like a refund and unsubscribe immediately as i am paying 14.99 for family plan

Please be aware that a refund is never guaranteed and all requests will get evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the support.With that in mind, please fill out the contact form to create a ticket with support.
The support will do their best to get in touch with you as fast as possible, but please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets they are currently handling.
