My Question or Issue

How do I pay my bill using mobile load? It says my next bill is on 5/06/2021 but it is already 5/27/2021 and I haven't paid my bill yet, I don't know how to pay since I used mobile load in my first subscription. Does it automatically charge me and reduce my load if I ever have 149php worth of load? Or do I still have manually pay it? If so, how?

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community!

Your subscription is recurring, which means it automatically renews so you don't have to do anything to pay for it. It'll be deducted from your next phone bill. Just to clarify, the date shown there is the 5th of June 2021, and that's the date when your subscription will renew.
