Can you take a look at your Receipts page? It's possible that you've had some failed payments on your account for the past few months and that might be the reason why you're seeing this message.

 

It's also a good idea to check this page to see if the payment method you're using meet all of our requirements.

 

Once you've checked these and if you see a failed payment, you can try paying again using an incognito/private window or a different payment method (if available).
 

If you still get an error message, it'd be best if you can send us a screenshot of it. This will help us investigate further.
Note: Be aware this is a public space, so please don't share any personal info on the screenshot you'll send us.
