My Question or Issue

I was using Spotify in Indian region but recently saw an offer to purchase an individual plan and get 3 months before the next payment because I bought my last premium plan before 16 July 2023. So, I changed my region back to Bangladesh and saw the offer still available for BDT 199. So, I bought the 1-month individual plan using my SIM card and I got it. When I bought the plan, it showed the next bill would be on 25/11/2023 but after buying, my account shows my next bill will be in 25/09/2023. Is it a technical glitch or do I have to pay my next payment on 25/09/2023 instead of 25/11/2023?

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

The date you see on the account overview will be the date for your next payment.

 

The offer for the 3 months Premium has certain eligibility criteria and if you don't fulfill one of them you are not able to activate the offer. The next payment date should have been visible at the point of activating the offer as well.

Thanks for replying. In one of the screenshots I provided which is now removed, you could have seen that the next payment date was November at the point of activating the offer and then it changed to September. I was also eligible for the offer due to the fact that I bought my last premium before 16 July 2023 and I saw no other criteria.

I also asked the same thing on Twitter @SpotifyCares and they said they located my account and my offer will be activated from the next payment date. 

I am a little bit confused about it now. So, can you please check and confirm what will happen?
