Bought Spotify Premium but it wont let me use Premium features

Bought Spotify Premium but it wont let me use Premium features

I recently got Premium (via gift card) and I checked online (where it says that I do have Premium) and I got the confirmation via E-mail. But everytime I want to use Premium on the mobile app, it tells me that "I have discovered a Premium feature and if I want to use it i have to get Premium". I already tried logging on and off, logging in online first and restarting the app but nothing works

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
