Bought, activated in shop card, but the code is not valid.

My Question or Issue

 I've bought the subscribtion code in supermarket, that wasn't scrathed until buying and going back home. The subscription code was on recipt and activated. While I tried to reedem it on webpage, it had a issue on it. I double and triple checked the how I wrote the code. Any help?

Now after wait for my plan to expire, the code from card still is not valid.

I cant go back to store in which the card was bought, since it's located in further away location not available to me.

Any suggestions?
