Bought one month premium, got charged double

Bought one month premium, got charged double

I bought one month premium with PayPal, it told me something went wrong and asked me to try again, so i did. I now got a double charge on my bank account, and the money IS out of my account, not just pending.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

 

Would you mind double-checking the reason for this apparent double charge by reaching out to PayPal (since you completed the transaction with them) or your bank? Suggesting this since it's not possible for Spotify to charge you twice regarding the same subscription during the same billing period and there's a chance that your payment method provider might have marked the transaction as "completed" despite this not being the case on our end.
