Bought premium 0.99 - 3 months and not working

Hello,

today i bought spotify premium for 0.99 for 3 months. I receive the receipt, and this link [https://www.spotify.com/it/account/subscription/] says that i have spotify premium and will be update on march. However, if i connect on my smartphone, it says that i don't have premium, and also in web site it says to upgrade to premium, even though i've already bought. What should i do?

I would suggest to fix your issue, you first check out this article on what to do if your premium is not showing up/working. Hopefully, one of those solutions will work for you :), Let me know if anything persists.
