Bought premium says I don't have it

suppose to be premium bought it but, somehow it wanted me to activite my email. So I activated my email it says I have premium then I got to premium and it says I don't have it. I try to rebuy the deal for 1.00 for the first 3 months then it says I am not illigable because I already have bought it for this account. Yes I did but, I need it to say premium so I can download and play offline.

I think it got confused and never gave it to me because it didn't say activate before you buy so I bought it then activated it and now it won't work with downloads and acts like I am not premium.  It also said my username is some random name when I set it to dragonofthelake instead it says something random

Hey @dragonofthelake,

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
