My Question or Issue
Good Evening,
Yesterday I've payed €0,99 for 3 month spotify premium. The account, unfortunately, is still on the status of free spotify. The strange thing is that the chapter Invoices displays Spotify premium with a payment receipt. How can I solve this to get spotify premium?

Same problem here. I tried everything you menthioned. I paid 09-06-2019 0,99 for 3 months. I have 2 more months left and still nothing. I'm from the Netherlands and paid with ideal, Rabobank.

If you signed up for the 3 months Premium offer but your account still shows as free, it'd be a good thing to start off by checking this support article for tips what to do next.
